1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing or using Combine Orders – Save Shipping (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the App.
2. Description of Service
The App enables Shopify merchants to identify potential order merge opportunities, review order details, and combine eligible unfulfilled orders from the same customer and shipping address to improve fulfillment efficiency and reduce duplicate shipments.
The App operates solely within the merchant’s Shopify store environment and does not independently modify orders without merchant action or authorization.
3. Merchant Responsibilities
- You are responsible for reviewing merged orders before fulfillment.
- You are responsible for ensuring merged orders comply with Shopify policies.
- You acknowledge that shipping calculations are estimates and may vary depending on carriers.
4. Data Usage
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process store data only to provide the functionality of the App and do not sell or share customer data.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of bugs. We do not guarantee the accuracy of shipping estimates, order matching results, analytics, or merged order outputs.
You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for reviewing all merged orders, shipping adjustments, and fulfillment decisions before processing them. The App provides operational tools only and does not replace merchant oversight.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Combine Orders – Save Shipping, its owners, affiliates, or service providers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business interruption, shipping discrepancies, fulfillment errors, or customer claims arising out of or related to the use of the App.
In no event shall our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the App exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for use of the App during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. If no fees were paid, our total liability shall not exceed one hundred dollars (USD $100).
6. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify store. Upon uninstallation, all stored data is permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
